Chef Teri's Zucchini Basil Soup


This soup was the very first recipe Chef Teri shared with us at Dig In. For me, it was love at first bite.

Zucchini Basil Soup

  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
