Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie


The other morning, I was craving oatmeal. But it was 80 degrees outside and I wanted something cool. It wasn't long before I saw a fellow coach post about oatmeal smoothies on Instagram! I thought, "that's genius!" Boost up your smoothie with a few T's of oatmeal to give it that extra substance that'll keep you satisfied until lunchtime. Not to mention, the coconut oil in this recipe will give you a dose of healthy fat though those Omega-3s.

Here's my favorite recipe so far:

Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

1 banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup gluten free oats

1 T coconut oil

1T maca

Blend with water or your favorite nutmilk and enjoy.
